Tushar's Stock Tips: APROBACIÓN DE LOS CRITERIOS DE SELECCIÓN PARA LA CONTRATACIÓN DE PERSONAL LABORAL TEMPORAL POR EL SISTEMA DE CONCURSO-OPOSICIÓN, OFICIALES Y PEONES DE LA CONSTRUCCIÓN PARA EJECUCIÓN DE OBRAS DEL EXCMO. AYUNTAMIENTO DE VILLAFRANCA DE LOS BARROS.

OBJETO DE LA CONVOCATORIA.

La presente convocatoria tiene por objeto la selección, mediante el sistema de concurso-oposición, de cuatro puestos de Oficiales de la Construcción y cinco Peones de la Construcción para el servicio Municipal de Obras.

El contrato se formalizará por obra o servicio, a jornada completa, para la realización de la obra "REFORMA DE LA PLANTA ALTA DEL HOGAR DE MAYORES" realizando tareas similares a las asignadas en la RPT a un puesto de igual categoría.

PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE INSTANCIAS:

El plazo de presentación será de 10 días naturales a contar del siguiente a aquel en que aparezca publicado el anuncio de esta convocatoria en el Tablón de Edictos del Portal del Ciudadano de la Sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Villafranca de los Barros. Los aspirantes quedan vinculados a los datos que hayan hecho constar en sus solicitudes, pudiendo demandar su modificación dentro del plazo establecido de presentación de solicitudes, mediante escrito motivado, transcurrido dicho plazo no se admitirá ninguna petición de esta naturaleza.

ADMISIÓN DE ASPIRANTES.

Instancias: En la instancias, solicitando tomar parte en el concurso oposición, los aspirantes deberán manifestar que reúnen todos y cada uno de los requisitos exigidos, en los términos en que se recogen, en la base segunda de esta convocatoria.

Se deberá acompañar, en su caso, la documentación acreditativa de los méritos que se aleguen para la fase de concurso, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en estas bases.

La falta de acreditación de dichos méritos no supondrá causa de exclusión al concurso oposición suponiendo, únicamente, su no valoración. Los errores de hecho que pudieran advertirse podrán ser subsanados en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia del interesado.

LUGAR DE PRESENTACIÓN DE INSTANCIAS:

Las instancias, dirigidas al Sr. Alcalde Presidente, se presentarán en el Registro General de este Excmo. Ayuntamiento, en horas de 9,00 a 14,00 y de lunes a viernes, o conforme a lo dispuesto en la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas; en este caso los interesados deberán adelantar, dentro del plazo de presentación de solicitudes, un fax con la copia de la solicitud que se presente a través de estos medios, con la consignación del sello de imposición en correos
